LEARN THE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS FROM FORMER HOFTRA BASEBALL COACH SCOTT COPPOLA AND HIS STAFF
Open to both boys and girls 7 years or older
- Improve your speed, power, agility, and skills at our clinic.
- Hitting- Learn proper grip, stance, and swing mechanisms.
- Learn pitch recognition
- Learn hand eye coordination.
- Live hitting and bunting to improve overall skills
Fielding- Learn footwork for your position
- Learn proper throwing mechanisms
- Learn the proper way to field groundballs and fly balls.
- Pitching- Individual one on one instruction
- Learn proper stretching, delivery and throwing motions
- Learn the proper way to hold runners on
Catchers- Learn techniques to block pitches and throw to the bases.
Running and Conditioning- Learn pre game warm up.
- Learn how to steal bases
- Learn how to slide properly
